We have made some changes to the ULM Report based on the Upward League Manager import specifications!
Here goes:
- Zip Codes - only the first 5 digits of the zip code will be included on the report (ULM doesn’t accept zip codes with more digits).
- Carpool Link field has been updated to include a space for first and last name.
- Years of Experience have been capped at 12. Anything above that number will be flagged as invalid.
- State Name will now be uploaded as the abbreviated version rather than the full name. So Georgia will be imported as GA.
And the number one requested feature:
- Date Ranges on the ULM report. No more importing the same player twice and then having to manually change records in the ULM. Simply choose a Begin Date and End Date for the range of registrations you want to import and, voila, only those registrations placed during that time frame will be included on your report.
