Blue Sombrero is constantly striving to enhance our product, and we highly value the suggestions and feedback that we receive from our customers. Last year we held a user forum for our administrators at the NSCAA convention in Philadelphia.

This year, we’re hosting one again at the NSCAA convention in Baltimore! We plan on doing this every year as we get very useful enhancement requests. Many of these suggestions were put into action including Merge Users, Bulk Transfer, and many more.

Another way we handle enhancement requests from our customers is on our Admin Forums. We have a special section called “General Feedback” that allows forum users to post their enhancement requests.

The forum is a great way for users to interact and build a sense of community. We want to be here for you, so help us help you!

We look closely at this section during our development meetings so we can take advantage of all the suggestions. You never know what enhancement may make it into the service…
