Over the past week, we’ve welcomed twenty seven new league partners to the Blue Sombrero family. We’re looking forward to working together with our new partners to streamline their current operations and update their websites for a modern look and feel.

It’s our pleasure to welcome the following leagues:

Coach Genevieve Sports: Coach Genevieve is extremely involved in youth sports throughout the Detroit area.  With over 15 locations and several sports offerings, she needed to offer her customers the convenience of paying online and having a one-time, family account.  In addition to streamlining the registration process, she is also building out a new modern looking Silver Theme for an upgrade heading into the 2013 sports year.

On The Right Track - Track Club: Our professionally designed website and athlete management system will help this club stay focused on developing young runners to the best of their potential.  

Smyrna Youth Football: Smyrna Youth Football is one of the largest football communities in Tennessee and one of 21 different leagues under the Tennessee Youth Football Association.  Our clean user interface coupled with our integrated approach to WEB and REG were the main reasons SYF made the move to Blue Sombrero.

Brentwood Civitan: Brentwood Civitan offers year around baseball and softball programs just outside of Nashville .  They’ve signed on for a more modern looking website with the back office tools fully integrated as one platform.  The Board liked the idea of having its members always stay on the league website when it comes time to register, view team pages, update account information, and so forth.

Smoke Rise Recreation: The  sports recreation department will start using SombreroWEB™ and SombreroREG™ service first, with the class and camp programming following suit by making the switch to Blue Sombrero.

Express FC: This competitive soccer club has grown quickly in a short amount of time. They’ve decided this is a great time to implement a new website and registration system to make club management easier for the administrators.

Mableton Youth Sports Association: Mableton Youth Sports Association, a baseball organization, is planning to serve 200 players this coming Spring. This baseball program was attracted to Blue Sombrero, because of our ease-of-use for organizations that are short on volunteers.

Central Park Athletic Association: After using a system for several seasons that was a challenge for parents, CPAA has upgraded to a much more user-friendly system to increase their online registration percentage.

Ultimate Sports Basketball Academy (USBA): We’re always excited to welcome back a former customer.  There were a few key feature needs that caused the staff to go a different direction in the past.  Since we have addressed USBA’s needs, they are excited to return and get started with a new website and registration system.

Crieve Hall Baseball: As one the oldest baseball leagues in all of Nashville, Crieve Hall returns to Blue Sombrero for a second stint as a partner. The Board appreciated all the continued developments to our products over the past several years and felt it was the right time to return to Blue Sombrero in order to improve their league operations.

Troy Youth Soccer League: Troy Youth Soccer has considered moving to online registration for a number of years. The President of the club along with the full Board felt it was time to offer a more enjoyable registration experience for their members while reducing the time and burden on the volunteers (from paper-based registration).

Livonia Soccer Club: Livonia Soccer switched from another registration provider in order to fully integrate their website and registration system as one platform.  The director at the club is responsible for all administrative duties and is excited to have access to additional features such as our popular data driven team pages.

Griffin Soccer Club: Griffin Soccer recently came on board and wanted two separate websites for their recreation and competitive programs.  Their plan is to launch a different Silver Theme for both levels of play in time for the 2013 spring registration season.

Girls Softball Association of Franklin: The Board of this girls' softball organization in Nashville, Tennessee, has decided to streamline their paper-based registration process after they took note of many leagues in their area having success using Blue Sombrero services.

Final Third Forwards Academy: Final Third Forwards Academy out of Atlanta, Georgia, is a new soccer training program for strikers, created by Paul Smith and Ted MacDougall, founders of top competitive club Atlanta Spurs. A Blue Sombrero website and registration services were a natural choice as the new program builds their web presence.

Emory Baseball Camps: After thirteen years the time has come for this camp to transition to a more streamlined process that will eliminate almost all manual data entry.

Powder Springs Youth Baseball: Powder Springs Youth Baseball has chosen Blue Sombrero to outfit their online home. This Baseball program hosts approximately 500 participants each season and was looking for a quality partner that they could grow with.

Stockbridge First United Methodist Church Soccer: This large church soccer program is excited to have found a system that effectively integrates scheduling and communications.

Tyrone Youth Baseball: This baseball organization has found an all in one solution in Blue Sombrero that will help them achieve desired growth.

Tournaments R Us: Tournaments R Us holds upwards of 15 tournaments throughout a given year and will be able to market and advertise each event through a reliable website and online management system.

Nashville Athletic Foundation: This organization has big plans for growth. A new Blue Sombrero online club management system will help them move closer to their goals while providing a quality online experience for parents.

Fair Oaks Youth Basketball League: Fair Oaks Youth Basketball holds a number of programs throughout the year and will look to enhance the front end marketing and branding of their program through Blue Sombrero.

FC Academy: FC Academy out of Antioch, Tennessee, is excited to join the Blue Sombrero family and have access to the best in class registration, website design, and league management tools!

Archer Athletic Association: Archer Athletic Association is a large and fairly new athletic association, serving the metro Atlanta community by offering over seven sports. Archer will migrate to Blue Sombrero's services for 2013 Spring season for an updated online presence.

Macedonia Baseball: Macedonia Baseball was working with the same website for a long time. The tools provided through Blue Sombrero are much more intuitive and easy to manage. This is a website that parents and administrators will be proud to call their own!

Mill Creek Athletic Association: Mill Creek Athletic Association is looking forward to having a modern, easy-to-use website in addition to the robust registration tools now at their fingertips!

Peachtree City Lazers Soccer Club: As one of the larger clubs in Georgia, the director was looking for a better way to integrate their front-end website with the registration service.  Additionally, they liked how our data driven team pages were tied in to allow parents and coaches to remain on the club’s site at all times.  The launch plan for SombreroWEB™ Silver and SombreroREG™ Professional is scheduled for Dec 2012.
