We know this is the busiest registration time of the year for our Administrators and we realize every second counts! That is why we have created the Tryout Status Report to offer a quick view of those players in a Tryout Program who have been offered spots on a team. Has a player accepted their position on the team yet? Need to know if a parent paid the Tryout Fee and/or Division Price? The Tryout Status Report has this information and more!

We recently made a few updates to the Tryout Status Report to make your life just a bit easier. Now, the new and improved report will show information such as:

• A column titled: “Tryout Rejection Email Sent”. This will simply display ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ as to whether or not the Tryout Rejection Email was ever sent to the participant.

• A new field in the "Tryout Acceptance Status” column called "Acceptance Email Not Sent". This will display for participants who did not receive the Tryout Acceptance Email.

• A new field in the “Team Name” column called “Unallocated”-- for those players you sent the Tryout Rejection/Non-Acceptance email or those you have not allocated to a team just yet!
