Who wants to spend hours creating a fancy email when you could spend just five minutes?

With Blue Sombrero’s HTML email templates we make it super easy to send professional looking emails to your club in a matter of a minutes. Use one of our stock templates or just do a little editing and make it your own.

1. Go to your Admin section on your toolbar and select “Newsletters”

2. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page to the drop down box labeled “Select a Template for outgoing email.”

3. Then just select one of the Templates

If you want to start from scratch, go for it! Go simple and add your club logo, or go all out and insert some pictures or links to your Facebook or Twitter accounts. With the ability to save your created emails and edited templates you’ll always have the right template when you need it.
