Scheduler Tips & Tricks

In the spirit of the season, we bring you these special tips and tricks to help with scheduling for your club.
Within your scheduler, after you have added the addresses for your locations & fields, make sure your locations dates are a broad range. This is to ensure that you do not have to come back and edit your locations and fields each season. Also, be sure to include your weekly availability for this location. Remember this affects all fields listed under the location. Our in office Scheduler Guru, Ben Husack, recommends you ‘Add all Days’ from 12 AM to 12 AM!
When you create your fields, under your locations, be sure to click on ‘optional settings’. You will have the same option as the scheduler field availability. We again recommend you choose all days and times!
Note: When you create a scheduling event using date, time and fields, we recommend that you put in your day and time restrictions. You always want to have easy access to schedule your fields and locations. This is to avoid editing multiple fields and categories while you are creating your new schedule!
