While HMMS Soccer has been a very successfully run organization, according to Linda a board member for thirteen years now, the time has come to work smarter not harder, and to streamline all of the administrative work that has been very time consuming. Many clubs like HMMS initially fear they will not be able to recruit enough volunteers if they trade signup days for online registration.
