Blue Sombrero’s Game and Practice Scheduler is a very useful and dynamic tool that is designed to automate the scheduling process. Admins in clubs across the country are faced with this arduous task every season, and this powerful feature provides the ease of use and flexibility needed to make the task fun again!

Each time you create a schedule you can post it.  Posting a schedule will send it to all relevant Team Pages and user My Account screens. The Game Scheduler also allows you to post Scores and Standings,  and you can even track which players on the team scored the goals!

Plus, the Game Scheduler has a ton of flexibility. If you just want to pair teams for games based on dates and times, that's easy! Admins can also create different Locations and Fields, and automate the schedule to include these details, too.  One can easily set parameters based on scheduling groups,  team conflicts and blackout dates. You can even incorporate detailed restrictions like the number of games played in a season and the times/dates allowed on each field.

Admins can also schedule practices (with no team pairings) and offer coaches the option for a Reschedule Request. The Game Scheduler even allows you to  edit matches mid season or mass shift games in the event of a rainy weekend.
