Customizable Registration Form

Making the switch from a paper based registration to an online based system can seem like a big undertaking, but here at Blue Sombrero we work hard to make that transition as seamless as possible. There are multiple ways we can do this, whether it be that each clubs gets their own Account Manager, or the intuitive design of our system makes it easy for anyone to use. Another way we like to alleviate some of the stress of switching to an online system is making it possible for a club to recreate their registration form that they’ve been using for so long.


When you’ve been in business for almost ten years you tend to pick up on some questions that are frequently asked so we have stockpiled the standard medical questions that come in handy for most of our clubs.  


 

Secondly, we make it possible for our clubs to create their own custom questions that are specific to their club. A lot of our clubs use custom questions to help with the team building process. This help ensures that your teams are created equally.

 

 


There is no limit on the amount of custom questions a club can have on their registration form, and we also have seven different options for gathering all of your answers.
