Beechmont Soccer Club, like most volunteer based soccer organizations, was stretched very thin with regards to having enough help each season. The President of the club along with help from the club’s DOC were doing the majority of the administrative work and having a hard time keeping up.
Every task from collecting registrations and payments, sending communications, building rosters, and tracking the financials was manual with potential human error and leading to burnout.
