BSA Celtic Soccer Club in Beavercreek, Ohio has chosen to use SombreroREG™ Professional to provide the club with a top of the line database system to help organize tryouts, payments and communications.

The Board Members, and specifically the Treasurer at the club wanted an easy, and centralized way, to organize their player data, and offer online payment for club dues. The club was operating entirely on paper forms, and needed an easier way to gather player data, as well as an online database that multiple admins can log into to pull reports, or see roster details. Having a true database, as opposed to an Excel spreadsheet, allows the club to make an easier transition from season to season, and as board members come and go.

The BSA Celtic board members were also pleased that the Blue Sombrero felt like a central home for all of their club needs and is looking forward to the Practice and Game Scheduler, and the Communication Tools.
