Many times Clubs run reports and they add different fields such as age, gender, program, & division. I am going to show you how to narrow your results by age.
We are going to use the Enrollment Details Report. To get to this report click:
Admin → Reports → Report Wizard 2.0
Then click on the edit pencil next to the Enrollment Details Report.
To create a condition when you are running a report, scroll down to Field Conditions and click “Click here to add new condition”. To create a birth date range select Players and then Birth Date as shown below:
Players Birth Date will appear, select is between and then set the dates you want the report to pull between.
