When we reached out to CYSA, they were in the midst of a crucial decision-making process.
They had been with their old registration provider for a number of years but they started to wonder what else is out there for their website and registration needs. A few of their main issues were: easy registration set up, having to pay for and rely on their provider to "hard-code" everything was time consuming and inconvenient, there was no way to automatically open and close registration on a specific date. Before Blue Sombrero, Redoubt Soccer Association worked with several different online registration providers to manage their day to day operations. Sports Quest, founded in 1996, has viewed soccer as a platform to communicate the deeper issues of life beyond the game itself. A means to grow the whole person rather than merely develop a soccer player. Sports Quest is one of Blue Sombrero’s long time partners dating back to 2005 and amongst our largest partners in Texas. They recently received a face lift to their website giving them a website that they could be proud of and reflect the overall quality of their great organization.

Western Branch SC
Established in 1995, Western Branch Soccer club is “dedicated to the task of promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer in Chesapeake Virginia”. This was obvious in talking to Club Vice President, Stephanie Machupa who was nothing but dedicated in her search for an online registration provider that combined ease of use with effective communication tools and efficient reporting techniques. Western Branch was also looking for stellar customer support and a rescue from their administrative nightmares. Winslow Township Youth Soccer Association
Winslow Township Youth Soccer Association was formed in 1977 with both rec and travel teams and is run entirely by volunteers, which makes efficiency extremely importnant in regards to content management and online registration. Winslow Soccer came to Blue Sombrero looking for an easier and more effective family-based online registration system for multiple programs based on gender and age of participant, integrated player and volunteer registration, payment options for parents, and the flexibility for administrators to have full control of the registration process to make changes on the fly.

Centennial Soccer
Centennial Soccer has been with Blue Sombrero since June 3, 2008. They are competitive and developmental soccer programs for the north twin cities communities of Circle Pines, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Blaine, Columbus, Forest Lake, Hugo, and many others in Minnesota! They have a wide reaching, comprehensive program, that includes high school teams, such as Centennial High School Varsity team! President of Centennial Soccer, Paul Roma came to Blue Sombrero looking for tryout registration, team formation process, financial reconciliation, season set-up, & field management. When Paul recognized Blue Sombrero as a company that prides itself on having the most up to date and user friendly software he could not walk away. Centennial has continued to grow and heighten the soccer experience for all of its members and Blue Sombrero is proud to be a partner in their success.

Hillard Area Soccer
The Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association (HOSA) was formed in 1976 as the Ridgewood Optimists Club, a volunteer organization, to coordinate and govern soccer activities for the Hilliard area residents. For all these years, an ever-changing group of eleven dedicated area residents have volunteered to be HOSA trustees. The organization serviced over 2,000 soccer players in Spring 2011 alone. HOSA joined Blue Sombrero on May 4, 2009 and we have been working closely with Liz Alecusan since we partnered! A few things HOSA was looking for when they started talking with Blue Sombrero was a way to migrate their web and paper registration into a seamless online system.
